Diabetes Self Management Education Sebagai Perawatan Mandiri Pasien Diabetes Melitus di Tengah Masa Pandemi COVID-19 Systematic Review

Latar Belakang : Diabetes self management education (DSME) adalah proses berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kemampuan yang diperlukan perawatan diri penderita diabetes.
 Tujuan Systematic review ini bertujuan menganalisis peran diabetes bagi pasien melitus tipe 2 ditengah masa pandemi Covid-19.
 Metode dilakukan dengan metode pencarian menggunakan 3 basis data elektronik yaitu PubMed, Google Scholar Science Direct. Pencarian kata kunci PICO. Kriteria inklusi digunakan jurnal tersedia full text, jenis penelitian randomizes controlled trial quasy experiment baik menggunakkan bahasa Indonesia inggris subyek Melitus Tipe 2. Tahun dibatasi 2019-2021.
 Hasil literature pada sebanyak 32 terpilih menjadi sampel dari systematic ini. Dari sytemmatic menunjukkan bahwa memberikan pengaruh signifikan kontrol glikemik berupa penurunan kadar HbA1c, kualitas hidup, care behavior, management, efficacy, serta gejala depresi tingkat stres.
 Kesimpulan artikel menyimpulkan terhadap peningkatan stres.
